We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us to offer your spot to another guest.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a 50% fee of the scheduled service. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost.
